Our principles push us to do it because we firmly believe that “we are what we eat” and this is fundamental.
The ingredients we use come from countries where there are the best conditions to cultivate it: we don’t take into consideration other situations.
We use only the best candied fruit which is not treated with sulphur dioxide, but with lemon juice. Our eggs come from hens bred on the ground with wide open spaces where they can scratch. We then use flours which are not refined, fine butter of first churning which is not flavoured or coloured, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and no other kind of flavours.
